Top is loose in fit, buttons down front; has shirt tail hem, no pockets, and a little red neckerchief which adjusts with a ring to hold it in place and can be totally removed. Shorts measure 28" " at the waist, 38" " through the hips, inseam is 4" long and outside seam is 18" long. Leg opening is 11" in diameter. Front rise is 14" and back rise is 15".
