Vintage 70’s Open Back Halter Top cute indie Shoulder- 22”This halter top was made in the 1970s; the fabric and details drawn inspiration from the "cheongsam" dress, which was popularized in Shanghai in the 1920s and has been referenced by western designers ever since.
