A Chilean Silver Star For Officers For 20 Years Army Service certificate_of_authenticity Lieut STRACHAN's report of subsequent1920; Silver with red and blue enamels, 55 mm x 56. 7 mm, vertical pinback, intact enamels, light contact, near extremely fine. Footnote: This star was instituted in 1910 and amended by Decrees 1874 of August 29, 1916 and 2438 of September 15, 1930. It was Chilean army's first such service decoration.
