Aged for two years in Slavonian oak casks

Aromas of cut grass

quickly being transferred to puncheon at the onset

the wine then stayed on lees for another five months before being bottled (unfined and unfiltered)

Larry Cherubino Pedestal Semillon Sauvignon Blanc Size::1 Bottle and a long complex finishA fragrant lavender aroma coupled with leafy herbal spiciness from the oak. Straw and cut grass from the Sauvignon Blanc balance this wine beautifully with gently tropical fruits providing enough acidity to cleanse and draw out the finish. The palate is soft and plush with long acidity and a strong finish.
