The wine is aged in barrel for 14 months prior to bottling
strawberry and blackberry with great acid and structure on the palate
dark chocolate mingling with the smooth and silky tannin structure
rows running east/west on black cracking clay planted to clone PT23
almost flat but facing slightly south
Ashton Hills Gamay 2025 rhone-valley The wine is aged inDark plum, fresh raspberry and blackberry leap from the glass, along with hints of rose petal and baking spice. The mix of fresh berries continues on the palate and is layered with subtle earthy notes, providing beautifully vibrant and complex flavours. The wine is framed with a crunchy acidity, while the use of seasoned oak and stainless steel for maturation keeps the wine tight and youthful.
