Jean-Marc Bouley Volnay Clos de la Cave 2017 Size::1 Bottle it reveals a beautiful expression

it reveals a beautiful expression of the fruit with a dominance of blackberry aroma and a lightly toasted side

the palate has excellent concentration of strawberry / cherry fruit and just a hint of charry oak that provides a little complexity

custard-like Sancerre that defies everything you would expect from racy Loire Valley Sauvignon Blanc

Palate: This theme continues on the palate

and a finish of good length

Jean-Marc Bouley Volnay Clos de la Cave 2017 Size::1 Bottle it reveals a beautiful expressionThese vines grow on steeply sloping land, running uphill from the Bouley winery. Soils are deep and rich in small stones, ensuring good drainage. 50% whole cluster bunches went into the vat during fermentation, and have contributed to its warm, ripe aromas. Palate shows lively, bright fruitiness, complex yet pure, with gentle tannins and elegant aftertaste (for drinking 2020 2027+).
