Jeaunaux-Robin: Les Grands Nots 2010 Bos Food quite spicyThe Les Grands Nots is a champagne from the Ttes de Cuve, made from one third each of Meunier, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay from the complex chalky, limestone, and clay soils of the Cte de Szanne. The vines are over 50 years old. The spontaneously fermented juices were each aged for ten months in Burgundy Pices with multiple use. These barrels are usually about ten years old. The vintage is 2010. The Dgorgement took place in July 2022 with zero grams
