Rare Antique 24" Japanese Meiji Era (c1900) Kutani Imari Charger Platter Sake Back width = 26" (66cm)This is a huge antique Japanese Kutani ceramic charger. All hand painted with very intricate designs of various scenes from around Japan during different seasons. good look at some of the close up photos to appreciate the art work. It was high fire for lasting durability. It is marked on the bottom (Kutani sei Dainippon), "Kutani Made in Great Japan."
