Don Fulano Reposado Tequila XO A croquembouche’s (profiterole) hazelnut brittleEstate grown in the highlands of Jalisco, Don Fulano is distilled by fourth and fifth generation agave farmers and distillers Enrique Fonseca and Sergio Mendoza in the legendary Tequilea distillery No. 1146 in the heartland of the protected appellation: the town of Tequila. Don Fulano Reposado is the great soul of Don Fulano: a marriage between mature highland agave and French limousine oak. Its rich and buttery but strangely delicate and ethereal.
