Hopped at the start of boil w Red Earth from Ryefield Hops (NSW) to 19 IBU. This beer was fermented in stainless without temperature control w the same English strain used in the 'Golden' from Mogwai Labs (NSW). Packaged on June 28th and bottle keg conditioned for 3 weeks. This is the first limited release from the Real Ale range. While
