Iowa - Pacific & Australia on a sheet with textIowa Perhaps the artist that best typifies the energy and style of 1930's pictorial maps, the work of Ruth Taylor White is whimsical, colorful and bold, but also captures a bit of the local feel and interest of the area she depicts. This map for Iowa shows some of the industry as well as recreation of the area, done in a style dense with action and color. Condition is very good. Image size is 9 x 12 (inches).
