The blade is 6 1/8 inches long with a 2 1/4 inch heel
This is a large brisket knife ( all around outdoor cooking) forged from 52100 high carbon steel
JS test knife Hunter custom This blade has a tumbled3. 5 inch integral skinner forged from 1085 round bar. Handle is dyed and stabilized box elder with copper accents. This knife is one of the five knives submitted for my ABS Journeyman Smith test. This knife is now for sale at blade gallery. com
