Hints of oak are well integrated with bright fruit flavors for a rich mouthfeel and lingering finish. A warm fermentation with heavy skin contact added intensity to the color, structure, and fruit flavors. After fermentation, the wine was aged for up to nine months on oak to preserve the fresh fruit aromas. Pairs with
