Another La Nina and too much rain at the end of season started an outbreak of Botrytis

A very fruit driven style with added texture and weight from time in barrel

or great with cheeses of all types

The intention was to combine the best aspects of each and deliver a new style of wine

Both these varieties have some similarities and complimentary differences

2022 Pinot Noir SOLD OUT Rose Another La Nina and tooThis wine has a funky gamy character that leads to a compote of red fruits with a dusting of spice. The palate is fleshy and full of raspberries and strawberries, with an enduring finish of fine tannin and natural acidity. We continue to do a partial Carbonic maceration with this wine which lifts the aromas and gives fleshy fruit characters. Unfiltered, no additions or finings, a Natural wine that is Vegan friendly.
