La Altannativa, 2021 stock-99 ABV: 11Sourcing fruit from Madiran, Imanol elected for a very quick, 24 hour maceration then leaving the wine for a year in barrique before bottling. Generously candied with a little backbone of spice and tannin, the Altannativa is a fruity, playful wine full of charm and energy.
