Mayor Fisk – Born Again Villain Minifigure brickarms Brikker and Diet DrHeavy is the crown. Heavier is the guy wearing it. Politics, crime, real estate this guy does it all. Inspired by a certain Marvel villains Born Again look, Mayor Fisk is a brick built powerhouse in a clean white jacket, bald dome of intimidation, and enough charisma to run a city (or destroy it). Hes the perfect foil for your custom superheroes and a must have for gritty city builds. Comes with no nonsense, no morals, and no remorse.
