Pure, rounded and precise on the palate with soft, silky texture, lifted red fruit and lick smacking acidity. The Pinot Noir underwent 3 weeks of maceration (1 4 in whole bunches) before ageing for 11 months in old barrels. Assemblage and bottling without anything added or taken away.
