Riesling, 2021 speedy-15 and Cohen’s winemaking is delicateClean, precise, refreshing riesling made without additions, is a thing of a beauty. Made from 100% riesling grown on limestone, pressed directly and aged in Alsation barrels for around a year. Stone fruits and fresh mineralality.
