Banks - Ivy League Gospel Edition BA Pastry Stout ReturnToOz The 2017 is 90% Merlot"The original IVY LEAGUE was an imperial pastry stout that we aged in Heaven Hill Bourbon barrels & conditioned on Maple syrup. This time for IVY LEAGUE THE GOSPEL EDITION we took a more refined approach. We contacted one of our favourite Melbourne Whiskey Producers "THE GOSPEL" & we were able to get our hands on some of their freshly emptied Straight Rye Whiskey barrels. The aroma's in the Brewery on the the day we filled these barrels were so
