Domaine Laroche Grand Crus Les Clos Chablis AOP 2021 75cl Domaine La Gemiere ): 43Ageing process: 10 yearsTASTING NOTES This vineyard was formerly entirely surrounded with walls, hence the name Les Clos. We know from historical sources that the Monks of St Martin of Tours abbey planted vines here in the IXth century. Les Clos is located straight in front of the village of Chablis with a Southern exposure. This favourable sunny situation allows grapes to achieve excellent ripeness. The soil is also well drained and grapes are concentrated in both acidity
