This bar is made by soaking cacao nibs in sparkling white wine in a wine barrel, then grinding the nibs into chocolate and topping it off with dried raspberries. The chocolate's creamy and bubbly notes are beautifully complemented by the tartness of the raspberries. Ingredients:
